Rationale: easy, gluten free, healthy dessert
Variations: Leave the cinnamon out or use other spices if you prefer. You could also add a drop of vanilla or almond extract.
Serving suggestions: Eat within 15 minutes of blending.
2 FROZEN bananas, peeled
~1/2 cup water, unsweetened almond milk, or unsweetened plant milk of your choice
2 pinches of cinnamon
Put the frozen bananas in a blender. Turn the blender on low for a few seconds. Add a little bit of your liquid and blend again. You want to use a little liquid as possible while still allowing your blender to blend. Ramps the speed up a bit to medium and blend until your have a stiff smooth consistency. (When I make this, it’s so stiff that I can put it on a cone for my boys.) Enjoy!
