Recipes

IPT -from Dr. Lauren's Kitchen- Website

Hi there!  Welcome to my kitchen.

I love to eat food that is tasty, healthy and full of whole foods.  Sometimes I have a lot of time to cook, but most of the time I don’t.  I work, study and exercise almost daily. On weekends, I chase my family and our black lab around the lake and up the hills.  I have two young (sometimes picky) children to feed and when they are hangry at 5pm, I need to make dinner fast!  So, I get it.  We all have challenges.

I’m sharing these recipes because I know you’re busy like me.  I want to make it easier for you to prepare food that will lead to amazing health!

For each recipe, I’ll skip introductions and list just 3 bits of information:

  • Rationale: why you might want to make this recipe.  These are also key words that could be used for searching for what’s important to you.
  • Variations: easy ways to change this recipe based on your preferences or what’s in your pantry.
  • Serving suggestions: what else you might want to put on your plate with this recipe.

If anyone in my family doesn’t like the recipe, it doesn’t make the list!

What are  YOUR challenges and what motivates YOU?!  Need more than just recipes? Wellness, nutrition and motivational coaching can put you on a path to amazing health!  I’d love to help you get there.  If you’re ready to change what you’re doing to change your resultscontact me!
