Recipes

IPT -from Dr. Lauren's Kitchen- WebsiteYou know those food bloggers that go on and on about the weather and their family and why they love the spring before they give you the recipe?

Well, that’s not my style. And I know you don’t have time to read all that.

I like to eat food that is tasty, healthy and full of whole foods.  Sometimes I have a lot of time to cook but most of the time I don’t.  I work, I exercise, I’m frequently at playgrounds, and I have a husband and two small (picky) children to feed. So, I get it.  We all have challenges.

Innovative Physical Therapy isn’t about me though, it’s about YOU and your health!

For each recipe, I’ll list just 3 bits of information:

  • Rationale: why you might want to make this recipe.  These are also key words that could be used for searching for what’s important to you.
  • Variations: easy ways to change this recipe based on your preferences or what’s in your pantry.
  • Serving suggestions: what else you might want to put on your plate with this recipe.

***I’m interested in YOUR challenges and what motivates YOU!  If you ever need help making changes in your diet, please contact me.  I’d love to help you get on a healthier track.***
